Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Only items purchased through getvivade.com are eligible
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@getvivade.com with your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
If eligible, we’ll guide you through the return-by-mail process.
Return Shipping
- All returns must be sent by mail
- Return shipping labels are the customer’s responsibility
- Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage
Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
Refund Timing
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened tubes or used tablets
- Items returned after 7 days
- Promotional or giveaway items
