VIVADE Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every VIVADE experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Only items purchased through getvivade.com are eligible

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@getvivade.com with your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

If eligible, we’ll guide you through the return-by-mail process.


Return Shipping

  • All returns must be sent by mail
  • Return shipping labels are the customer’s responsibility
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage

Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened tubes or used tablets
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Promotional or giveaway items
